Operational Effectiveness

  • Designed and implemented internal staff satisfaction assessment of a 60+ member team. Identified satisfiers and challenges and developed strategic recommendations to improve overall performance and retention.
  • Conducted numerous investigations related to human resource complaint filings by staff. Interviewed stakeholders, reviewed policies and procedures and made recommendations for appropriate remedies and future risk avoidance.
  • Designed and facilitated process for reviewed of ineffective workflows amongst shared work teams. Proposed structure for surfacing issues, developed tools for reviewing work and coached staff on proposing and communicating alternatives to colleagues and stakeholders.


  • Developed an inpatient nursing strategic plan for a magnet status academic medical center.
